Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to use of the IMA Digital Solutions Corp website, project questionnaires, and Client Portal. A separate written proposal, invoice, or service agreement may contain additional project-specific terms and will control if it conflicts with these general terms.

Service requests

Submitting a questionnaire creates a request for review; it does not by itself guarantee acceptance, availability, a final price, or a project start date. Custom scope and any third-party costs are confirmed separately.

Prices and external costs

Displayed prices describe the listed package scope. Domains, hosting, business email, licenses, advertising budgets, payment fees, SMS, AI tools, and other third-party services are excluded unless expressly included in writing. Additional functions or post-approval changes may cost extra.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, necessary content and access, timely feedback, approvals, and lawful materials. Delays in receiving these items may change the delivery schedule.

Payments

Payment links are not currently processed through this website. Payment terms and instructions are provided separately until online payment options are activated.

Warranties and results

Any technical correction period stated in a package or proposal applies only to errors related to the delivered work. Sales, followers, leads, calls, revenue, rankings, and advertising performance are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access another client's portal, misuse uploaded files, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
